Okay, so you've started out as an IT consultant . Are you ready for Day 2? Not for the faint of heart! In this session we’ll discuss keeping a consulting business moving forward. Topics include how to pay yourself, negotiating a billing rate, building a support staff, moving to a "real" office, navigating through day to day issues, time management, and generally maintaining your sanity.
