Application modernization can mean different things to different people—ask 10 people and you will get 10 different answers. One thing they all have in common, though, is the big question: “How can I deliver modern applications to our business?”

IBM i Product Offering manager, Alison Butterill, discusses some of the different modernization options available, taking a holistic look at language, infrastructure, tools, database, and methodology. With many options available, it is possible to start small and build over time, taking advantage of exciting, new, and diverse technologies and opportunities without having to start over!
